We harvest the finest quality native or rock oysters – natives from the River Fal and organically grown rock oysters. The oysters are transferred to our purification plant and every batch of oysters, natives or rock oysters, is independently tested for norovirus using the latest available technology, and only those batches that test free from norovirus are released for sale.
